Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 July 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to the Meridian Pharma platform and the purchases you make through it. By using the site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms below.
1. Scope of Service
Meridian Pharma is an online pharmacy platform selling prescription and over-the-counter medication and medical products — including GLP-1-based treatments, thyroid medication, and rare-disease biologics. Prescription products are shipped only after a valid e-prescription, or an uploaded prescription document, has been approved by our Medical Board. Product descriptions, stock, and prescription requirements may change.
2. Prescription & Medical Review
When you order a product that requires a prescription, you will be asked to submit it via an e-prescription code/QR, file upload, or consultation request. Your prescription is reviewed by our Medical Board of licensed pharmacists or physicians; the review may result in approval, rejection, or a request for further information. An order linked to a rejected, incomplete, or expired prescription will not be processed; our customer service team will contact you. Prescription review does not replace your own physician's treatment decisions.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders that do not require a prescription are processed once payment has been confirmed. For orders requiring a prescription, shipment requires both payment confirmation and Medical Board approval of the prescription. Review of payment receipts may be carried out manually or automatically; Meridian Pharma reserves the right to reject suspicious or unverifiable payments. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and may change without prior notice.
4. Delivery & Returns
Delivery times may vary by region and by a product's cold-chain (2–8°C) requirements; cold-chain products are shipped in specially insulated packaging. Return and exchange requests for damaged or incorrectly shipped products must be submitted to our customer service within the legal time limits from the delivery date. For patient safety and product integrity, prescription medication that has been shipped or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a product defect or incorrect shipment.
5. Limitation of Liability
The content provided on the platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice; Medical Board approval of a prescription does not constitute a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. We recommend following your physician's instructions and the package insert before using any medication. Meridian Pharma cannot be held liable for consequences arising from use of products other than as instructed or prescribed.
